The President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has appointed U Myint Lwin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Arab Republic of Egypt, concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Morocco.

မော်ရိုကိုဘုရင့်နိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အထူးအာဏာကုန်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရသော မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမြင့်လွင်သည် သံအမတ်ခန့်အပ်လွှာမိတ္တူအား (၂၈-၆-၂၀၁၇)ရက်နေ့တွင် မော်ရိုကိုဘုရင့်နိုင်ငံ၊ မြို့တော်ရာဘတ်၌ မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ် H.E. Mr. Mohammed Ali Lazreqထံ ပေးအပ်ပြီးဖြစ်သည်။

The Myanmar delegation led by U Kyaw Tin, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco to attend the First Meeting of Myanmar-Morocco Bilateral Consultations convened on 3 July in Rabat, Morocco. The meeting was held between Myanmar delegation led by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Tin and Moroccan delegation led by Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Mrs. Mounia Boucetta.

At the Meeting, the two sides welcomed the establishment of the Bilateral Consultations Mechanism and expressed their common desire for expanding the ties of friendship and economic cooperation, enhancing trade and investment between the two countries. They also discussed on commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2018 and enhancing cooperation at the regional and international fora. Minister of State U Kyaw Tin briefed on Myanmar’s efforts on its democratization process, national reconciliation and peace process including recent developments in Rakhine State. Secretary of State Mrs. Mounia Boucetta also briefed on political developments of Morocco. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues at the working lunch hosted by Secretary of State of Morocco.

During the visit, the Minister of State U Kyaw Tin and the Secretary of State Mrs. Mounia Boucetta signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco on Bilateral Consultations and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the exemption of Visa for diplomatic, official, service and special passports. Minister of State U Kyaw Tin and Secretary of State Mrs. Mounia Boucetta then held a joint press conference and briefed the highlights of discussion at the Bilateral Consultations. The Minister of State also made a study tour of the Moroccan Academy for Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Rabat.

၁။ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးဦးကျော်တင် ဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့သည် မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံ၊ ရာဘတ်မြို့တွင် ၃-၇-၂၀၁၇ ရက်နေ့က ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် ပထမအကြိမ် မြန်မာ-မော်ရိုကို နှစ်နိုင်ငံညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ အဆိုပါ ညှိနှိုင်း အစည်းအဝေးတွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့နှင့် မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Mrs. Mounia Boucetta ဦးဆောင်သည့် မော်ရိုကို ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့တို့ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။

၂။ အဆိုပါဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအကြား ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ယန္တရားအား စတင်ထူထောင်နိုင်ခြင်းအပေါ် နှစ်ဘက်စလုံးက ကြိုဆိုခဲ့ကြပြီး မြန်မာ-မော်ရိုကို နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ဆက်ဆံရေး ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရေး၊ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်မှုနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးတို့အတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက် သွားကြရန် ဆန္ဒရှိကြောင်း ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ်(၄၀)ပြည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ် အစီအစဉ်များ ပြုလုပ်ရေး တို့နှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် အပြန်အလှန် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရေးတို့နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးဦးကျော်တင်မှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီအသွင်ကူးပြောင်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်၊ အမျိုးသားပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်ရေးနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများနှင့် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၏ နောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေတို့ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ မော်ရိုကိုဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးက မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံရေးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှု အခြေအနေများကိုလည်းကောင်း အသီးသီး ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် မော်ရိုကိုဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးက တည်ခင်းသည့် အလုပ်သဘော နေ့လည်စာစားပွဲ၌ ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ခဲ့ကြသည်။

၃။ ထို့နောက် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးဦးကျော်တင်နှင့် မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီး ဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Mrs. Mounia Boucetta တို့သည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအကြား ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ယန္တရားထူထောင်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရနှင့် မော်ရိုကို အစိုးရတို့အကြား သံတမန်နှင့် အထူး/ဝန်ထမ်းနိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ် ကိုင်ဆောင်သူများအတွက် ပြည်ဝင်ဗီဇာကင်းလွတ်ခွင့်ပေးရေးဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူစာချုပ်ကိုလည်းကောင်း လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုး ခဲ့ကြသည်။ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးမှုအပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဒုတိယနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများသည် ပူးတွဲ သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲတစ်ရပ်ကို ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး အစည်းအဝေးတွင် ဆွေးနွေးချက်များမှ အဓိကအချက်များကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးသည် ရာဘတ်မြို့၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနတွင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရှိသည့် မော်ရိုကိုသံတမန်ရေးရာ လေ့လာရေး အကယ်ဒမီသို့ သွားရောက် လေ့လာခဲ့သည်။
