နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးသန်းဆွေသည် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ကြက်ခြေနီနှင့် လခြမ်းနီအသင်းများဖက်ဒရေးရှင်း (IFRC) ၏ အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး Mr. Alexander James Matheou အား ၂၆-၄-၂၀၂၃ ရက်၊ နံနက် ၁၀:၀၀ နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် IFRC ၏ အာရှပစိဖိတ်ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးက IFRC ၏ လုပ်ငန်းသဘောသဘာဝ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကြက်ခြေနီအသင်း (MRCS) က ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် လုပ်ငန်းများ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာစေရေး ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးနေမှု အခြေအနေများကို ဆွေးနွေးပြော ကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ကျန်းမာရေး၊ သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ အသိပညာပေးရေး ကဏ္ဍ များတွင် နည်းပညာအကူအညီများ ပေးအပ်ရေးနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ပြန်လည်ဆွေးနွေး ပြောကြား ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs receives International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies’ (IFRC) Regional Director for Asia Pacific (26-4-2023)

U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received Mr. Alexander James Matheou, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies’ (IFRC) Regional Director for Asia Pacific, at 10:00 hrs on 26 April 2023, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, the IFRC’s Regional Director for Asia Pacific briefed the Union Minister on the nature of the work of IFRC and the role of IFRC in supporting and strengthening the activities of the Myanmar Red Cross Society. The Union Minister discussed matters related to providing technical assistance in the sectors of health, sanitation and awareness raising.
